This web site is owned
by Flagwavers, a small shop in N. Waterboro, Maine, where we’ve been selling
American-made flags, pleated fans and bunting, flag poles and hardware since
1987.
This site features those items we sell in our shop: high-quality, heavy-duty
U.S. flags, state flags, armed service and POW flags, civilian service flags,
historical flags and OPEN flags and other message flags, in-ground flagpoles along with commonly
used poles and hardware, and, as of 2011, vintage-style felt sports pennants.
We sell and install
in-ground flagpoles up to 35 ft. in height. We sell, but do not install, poles
taller than 35 feet.
If you’re looking for something we don’t list on this site please e-mail us for
a price. Most items that we don’t keep in stock can be in your hands quickly,
and we’ll be very competitive on the price.
There are very few items
on this web site that we don’t kep in stock at all times. If we do not keep an
item in stock we indicate that clearly (for example, we do not 15 x 10 and
larger U.S. flags in-stock.)
About Our Shop &
Shop Hours
Our shop is rustic – no
electricity, no heat.
During the summer we are open from 8:00 a.m. until sunset.
During the winter the
shop itself is open 9 – 4, when practical from a weather and snow-cover
perspective. We maintain access to our complete inventory all year, and ship
throughout the year. However, if you want to visit the shop between January 1
and April 1 we recommend you call first, at 1-800-286-2305.

8 a.m. until 6 p.m., EST, seven days a week, year round. If we don't answer
we're waiting on a customer. Leave a message and we'll return your call as soon
as we can.
Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard and Visa. Our shop meets industry accreditation standards for credit card processing and for the security of your credit card and private information.
Shipping
We try to have purchases made before 2 p.m., whether made online or by phone,
on their way to you that same day (except Sundays). Otherwise orders will ship
the following day (except Sundays).
If we do not have an item in stock we can still
usually have it sent direct from the manufacturer, with no delay and no
additional cost.
